Pelvic floor symptoms can leave you feeling frustrated, confused, embarrassed and dismissed. Over time your symptoms change how you live: Relying on medications and temporary solutions meant to ease your symptoms without addressing the root cause.
At Pelvic Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, pelvic health is our specialty. We go beyond your symptoms to identify the root causes creating a clear, personalized treatment plan to restore function and get you back to doing the things you love.
Pelvic floor symptoms can be different for everyone. For both women and men, symptoms can begin at any age.
If you’re struggling with bladder or bowel problems, pelvic pain, changes in sexual function, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, symptoms related to perimenopause and menopause, or changes following pelvic or abdominal surgery we’re here to help.
You deserve more than temporary solutions. Let us identify your root causes and provide personalized treatment so that you can get back to living your life worry free.
Our goal is simple: Help you get back to enjoying your life worry free.
During your evaluation our Physical Therapists will help you identify your goals, how your pelvic floor is currently holding you back from them, and what needs to be done to get you back out there.
While you’re with us, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy will be your foundation. However, we strive to support you completely, so your physical therapy program will also give you access to occupational therapy, nutrition, massage therapy, exercise guidance and additional treatments as your physical therapist sees fit.

Your initial appointment will last about 60 minutes with a pelvic health specialist. We go through your history, assess how your pelvic floor is functioning, and explain what we find in plain language. You leave with a clear understanding of your symptoms and a structured plan.
Every person is different. Your treatment plan depends on your symptoms, medical history, and goals. We'll discuss our recommendations after your evaluation. Each program has defined goals and a clear endpoint typically within 8-12 weeks of care. Most often, you’ll come once a week for about an hour each visit.
Yes. We have a male provider specialized in men’s pelvic health. Pelvic floor health is men’s health, and a core part of what we do here.

“I had my first appointment today, with Corinne. She’s kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and safe with her, and never felt rushed. After a very thorough assessment she recommended a treatment plan, and for the first time I feel optimistic about issues I’ve been dealing with for years. Julia at the front desk is equally warm and welcoming, and the office itself is very comfortable with thoughtful design details. I highly recommend Pelvic Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.”

“I saw Jake today and he was great! I liked how thorough he was with explaining to me where my pain is coming from rather than just assessing the areas I feel pain. I would highly recommend anyone to see Jake. I left feeling good and I look forward to more visits in the future!”
